About The Position:

The Operations Specialist will manage and oversee sales, logistics, customer experience, inventories as well as finance. The candidate needs to develop an extensive understanding of the brand and have a profound interest in fashion, eCommerce, and entrepreneurship. The position requires excellent execution, impeccable attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute wholesale orders
• Analyze the sales data and plan and order inventories
• Manage the supply chain of materials, manufacturers, importers, and fulfillment center
• Manage the Customer Experience team
• Oversee the company accounting and finance
• Work in conjunction with the product, marketing, and creative teams
• Brainstorm and execute ideas of new business strategies
• Provide the management team with reporting on marketing, operations, and sales results
• Assist with special projects as needed
